Beth has been practicing yoga since 2004 and wholeheartedly believes in finding balance in all aspects of life.
She has spent the last two years traveling and living abroad, optimizing her own personal health, teaching and studying yoga.
Beth aims to provide a space for others to be vulnerable and safe. She enjoys weaving humor, flowing playfulness and having each student leave the class feeling more spacious.
Beth received her 200 hr vinyasa teacher training at Yogamaya New York in May 2013 and completed a 75-hour teacher training at Yogamaya New York in June 2016 focused on pre/post natal yoga, yoga therapeutics and teaching to levels. She is also a level 1 Reiki practitioner.
Beth teaches alignment-based vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga classes. She also hosts women’s yoga and hormone balancing workshops and feels endless gratitude to all of her teachers across the globe.
