Geri Portnoy's approach to teaching Yoga guides each person in developing a practice that is relevant to his or her own body and life experience. She works with a diverse range of people — applying Yoga uniquely to each person. Most importantly, she teaches you to work with your body by being responsive to the signals of your body in the present.
