Immersion I - Setting the Foundation (36 hours)

In this Immersion you will establish a strong foundation in the study and practice of Anusara® yoga.
SUBJECTS COVERED:
- Universal Principles of AlignmentTM
- Level 1 Anatomy • Yoga Philosophy Basics
- Study and Practice of Postures from the Level One Syllabus
- Introduction to Meditation and Pranayama
PRE-REQUISITE: 30 hours of Anusara® yoga studies/classes or permission from the instructor. All hours count toward Anusara Yoga certification.
SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday, 12:30 – 4:15 and 6:00 – 8:15pm
COST: $695 ($750 after March 1, 2012)
IMMERSION 2 · Expanding the Foundation (36 hours)

IMMERSION 3 · Radically Expanded (36 hours)
July 14/15 · August 4/5 · August 25/26
$695 ($750 after August 24, 2012)
COST: Yoga Immersion 1, 2 & 3 $1950/$2050 after March 1, 2012
