Roger’s complete yoga anatomy sequence, plus an introduction to physiology. In-depth musculoskeletal anatomy applied to yoga and pranayama practice. Eight separate classes focusing on feet, knees, hips, sacroiliac joint, back and trunk, shoulders, neck, breathing. Each class combines anatomical and physiological explanations as well as practice of the relevant postures.
This 24 hour workshop fulfills the Yoga Fitness anatomy requirement for the teacher training program. It also fulfills the 200 hour (RYT) Yoga Alliance anatomy requirement.
